John Sarra

John Sarra has extensive experience working for Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services. John started in 1994 and held various roles including VP HR and Facilities, VP of HR and Facilities, and Director of Human Resources. In their current role, which started in 2014, they are responsible for leading the HR function and managing facilities. Prior to their work at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services, John worked as a Human Resources Manager at Sun Chemical.

John Sarra completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University between 1982 and 1986. John further pursued their education at Xavier University's Williams College of Business and obtained their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources between 1991 and 1993.
