Colean Williams

Colean Williams is an experienced professional in organizational development and youth engagement, currently serving as an Employer Navigator at Greater Cleveland Partnership since December 2022. Previously, Colean held roles as a Real Estate Agent at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and Transaction Realty. Colean also worked at College Now Greater Cleveland as an Adult Programs Specialist, guiding students in their career and educational pursuits. Significant contributions at University Hospitals of Cleveland included leading new hire orientation, redesigning onboarding processes, and supporting leadership development initiatives. Before that, Colean was an Enrollment Coordinator at Magic Johnson Bridgescape Academies, significantly increasing student enrollment, and engaged youth through workshops and programs at Partnership for A Safer Cleveland. Colean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies with a focus on Non-Profit Management from Cleveland State University.
