Debra Gutzky

Debra Gutzky, SPHR has over two decades of experience in the field of human resources. Debra began their career at Management Recruiters International / InterExec as a Recruiter / InterExec Coordinator in 1995. From there, they joined Geschke, Kasper & Associates as a Technical Recruiter / HR Representative in 1996. In 2000, they joined United Wireless as the Director of Human Resources, where they served until 2004. In 2005, Debra joined the Greater Cleveland Partnership as the Senior Director of Human Resources. Debra was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in July 2019, a position they currently hold. Throughout their career, Debra has gained extensive experience and expertise in various areas of HR, including recruitment, management, and strategic planning.

Debra Gutzky, SPHR, has a strong education background in business management and human resources. Debra earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Quality Control from The University of Akron from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they received a Diploma of Distinction in College Prep from Huron High School, where they attended from 1987 to 1991.
