Harlan Sands

Harlan Sands is currently the Director at Greater Cleveland Partnership. Prior to this, they served as the Senior VP of Finance and Administration/CFO/COO at the University of Louisville from January 2015 to January 2017. Harlan also served as the Vice Provost of Administration and Quality Improvement at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from June 2007 to December 2014. In April 2018, they began their position as Vice Dean/CFO/Chief Administrative Officer at the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School. From August 1999 to May 2007, they were the AVP for Research, Executive Director, FIU Applied Research Center, Associate Dean, and Lecturer at Florida International University (FIU).

Harlan Sands received their Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and their Doctor of Law (JD) from George Mason University. Harlan also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and General from The George Washington University.
