Neal Restivo is the current Director at Greater Cleveland Partnership. Neal has held this position since July 2009. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Tatum LLC from August 2004 to July 2009. Neal has also been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Oatey Company and V&M Star. In addition, they were the Chief Financial Officer of Commercial Furniture Group, Inc. (f/k/a Falcon Products Inc.).
Neal has extensive experience in financial leadership and has been instrumental in guiding companies through transitions. As a partner at Tatum LLC, they served as the CFO of three client companies. Neal has also directed the finance, treasury, risk management and tax functions of various companies.
In their role as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Oatey Company, they negotiated an amendment to the company’s bank credit facility. For V&M Star, they performed due diligence and assisted with the integration process in connection with an $800 million acquisition.
As the Chief Financial Officer of Commercial Furniture Group, Inc., they led the company’s successful Chapter 11 restructuring process. This included preparation for the January 2005 filing, negotiation of DIP financing, case administration, preparation of disclosure statement and plan of reorganization, 363 asset sale, distressed termination of pension plans and negotiation of exit financing.
