Chaun'Drea Clark

Chaun'Drea Clark has a diverse work experience in the transportation and finance sectors. Chaun'Drea started their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they worked as a Modification Loan Processor and Loan Servicing Specialist from August 2010 to March 2012. Chaun'Drea then joined U.S. Bank as an Analyst from March 2012 to July 2018, where they processed lender applications for government loan programs.

Since July 2018, Chaun'Drea has been employed at Greater Cleveland RTA. Here, they initially served as a Bus Operator at Triskett, where they processed and approved/denied lender applications for participation in Down Payment Assistance programs. Chaun'Drea also audited and monitored lender performance and compliance.

Later, Chaun'Drea transitioned to the role of a Paratransit Dispatcher, where they scheduled and dispatched Paratransit Bus Operators and answered radio and phone calls to assist with on-street operations and provide service information.

Currently, Chaun'Drea holds the position of Traffic Controller - ICC Bus Supervision Service Quality at Greater Cleveland RTA. In this role, they monitor Bus Operators and Zone Supervisors' performance and ensures their compliance with operational and divisional rules. Chaun'Drea also coordinates and directs on-street operations, monitors headway for schedule and on-time performance, and operates the Siemens radio system in accordance with regulations.

Chaun'Drea Clark pursued their education from 2017 to 2022 at Ursuline College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
