Transit Police Business Analyst at Greater Cleveland RTA

Dianna Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dianna started their career in 2007 as a Field Newspaper Auditor at the Alliance for Audited Media, where they conducted circulation, postal, and coupon audits. In 2010, they became a Correctional Officer at the Corrections Corporation of America, where they served until 2012. In 2012, they joined the Greater Cleveland RTA and took on multiple roles. Dianna first worked as a Transit Police Dispatcher, handling emergency and non-emergency calls for service. Later, they transitioned into the role of Transit Police Business Analyst, where they researched and analyzed statistical data to identify trends and patterns in criminal activity, and also gathered data to enhance departmental efficiency and productivity.

Dianna Williams obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Youngstown State University from 1996 to 2001.
