Andrea Castro, MHA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Andrea began their career in 2015 as a Para educator at ABC Unified School District. In 2016, they took on the role of Student Intern at Del Amo Hospital. In 2017, they were a Substitute Teacher at ABC Unified School District. In 2021, they were an International Resident at Keck Medicine of USC. Currently, they are a Financial Analyst at Greater Good Health and an Administrative Resident Supply Chain at KAISER PERMANENTE WEST LOS ANGELES MEDICAL CENTER.

Andrea Castro, MHA received their Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from California State University, Long Beach in 2017. Andrea also obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in the same field from California State University, Long Beach in 2017.
