Bahar Karimi

Bahar Karimi serves as the Executive Director of Long-Term Care Services at Thrive Group, overseeing LTC services and supporting Idlewyld Manor and St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke. Karimi also chairs the Centre of Excellence in Healthcare Innovation, focusing on health system transformation through collaborative innovation. In addition to current roles, Karimi is an Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University and a faculty member in the Administrator Leadership Program at AdvantAge Ontario. Extensive experience includes administration roles at Castleview Wychwood Towers and Bendale Acres, and as Executive Director at McCall Centre with Extendicare Inc. Education includes ongoing PhD studies in Nursing Leadership at Western University, coupled with multiple degrees from the University of Toronto and other institutions. Karimi is also a business owner at Beautyfix Medical Spa and actively contributes to advisory roles and committees in healthcare.
