Jess Jordan

Jess Jordan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in member services, community recruitment, and panel management. Currently serving as a Member Services Associate and Building Supervisor at the Greater Joliet Area YMCA since January 2020, Jess has also held roles at ROI Rocket as a Community Recruitment Specialist, where responsibilities included managing recruitment campaigns across multiple countries and maintaining participant quality. Previous experiences include significant positions at NielsenIQ, where Jess contributed to panel strategy and health, and Nielsen, focusing on customer service for global panels. Additional roles in sales and administrative support have further enhanced Jess's skill set in communication and organizational efficiency.
