Vicky Kulikov

Vicky Kulikov is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Small Business at the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce since January 2014. In this role, Vicky enhances the KC Chamber Small Business Celebration and oversees Access to Capital efforts, with a focus on diverse small businesses. Previously, Vicky held the position of Engagement Manager at the same organization, cultivating relationships with members and stakeholders. Vicky's earlier experience includes serving as a Development Associate at the Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City, where over 500 volunteers were engaged in various initiatives, and roles in claims and loss control at CGU Insurance and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, respectively. Vicky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communications from The University of Kansas.
