Zandra Kelley

SVP, Clinical Affairs & Chief Medical Officer at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center

Dr. Zandra Kelley is a graduate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and Lawrence Family Medicine Residency. She has worked at the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center for 16 years. She has most recently been the Medical Director at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, the Vice President of Clinical Affairs for the Merrimack Valley ACO, the Chief of Family Medicine at Lawrence General Hospital, and a Faculty Member for the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency.

The Merrimack Valley ACO has been an exciting new model built from the ground up for improving quality while being accountable for the cost of care with a focus on integration of each aspect of patients’ health. Zandra practices full spectrum primary care Family Medicine at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center and continues inpatient work as well at Lawrence General Hospital while working as a faculty member and administrator.

She was born in Oakpark, IL, and attended the University of Chicago for her bachelor’s degree, as well as her medical degree. Zandra loves teaching patients about optimal health (not just disease) as an important step in improving their quality of life. Outside of her work, her main focus is playing and learning with her boy/girl twins born in 2010 together with her husband, and she continues to enjoy learning about reaching and maintaining personal health and resiliency.
