Justin Kelly

Justin Kelly is the Chief Executive Officer of the Sustainable Materials and Manufacturing Centre since April 2024, focusing on advanced sustainable materials and technologies to support net-zero transitions in Greater Manchester. In addition, Justin serves as the Non-Executive Director Chair for Sustainable Ventures (North) and holds advisory and board roles with Transport for the North, the Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership, and Bright Futures Educational Trust. Prior experience includes Chief Strategy Officer at Innovo Group, Executive Member of the North West Business Leadership Team, Non-Executive Director at The Northern Powerhouse Partnership, and an Executive Management Board Member at Siemens, where responsibilities spanned business strategy, sustainability, and marketing communications. Justin Kelly earned a BEng (Hons) in Computers, Management, and Electronics from The University of Salford.
