Miles Rothbury

Miles Rothbury is the Group Treasurer at Boohoo Group PLC since July 2021, with extensive experience in corporate finance and banking. In addition to this role, Miles serves as a Board Member for both The Manchester Metropolitan University and Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership. Previous roles include Head of Asset Finance and Global Relationship Director at HSBC, where Miles provided tailored banking and capital market solutions to large corporations. Additionally, Miles held various leadership positions at HSBC and Barclays, overseeing relationships with multi-national companies and managing leveraged finance. Educational qualifications include an AMCT in Banking and Corporate Finance from the Association of Corporate Treasurers and a degree in Classics from the University of Liverpool. Miles has also contributed to Future Pro Manchester as Chairman.
