Julian Cox

Julian Cox has a wide range of work experience in research and analysis, particularly in the field of public service reform. Julian has held leadership positions in various organizations, including the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, SIPHER Consortium, and New Economy. Julian has managed teams and led the delivery of research, analysis, and evaluation projects in areas such as health and social care, crime, housing, and public protection. Julian has also been involved in strategic planning and policy development for United Utilities, specifically in the water sector. Julian's expertise lies in facilitating collaborations between academic and policy partners to optimize the delivery of public services.

Julian Cox attended the University of Oxford from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued an MEng degree in Engineering Science with a Process Engineering Option.
