Phil Swan

Phil Swan possesses extensive experience in digital leadership, currently serving as Director for Digital and Chief Information Officer at Greater Manchester Combined Authority. Phil is also an active Board Member on the Digital Strategy Board at the University of Manchester, the Local Government Delivery Council, and the DWP Data Sharing Business Design Authority. Additionally, Phil has taken on the role of interim Chair for iNetwork. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business from the University of Cambridge and a BSc (Hons) in Biology with Pharmacology from The University of Edinburgh.
