Wendy Wood

Wendy Wood is a seasoned professional in performance and contract management, currently serving as the Performance and Contracts Manager at Greater Manchester Combined Authority since September 2019. Previously, Wendy held the position of Contract and Performance Manager at Wigan Council from January 2015 to August 2019, and served as Principal Accountant at both St Helens Council and North West Regional Assembly from 2010 to 2014 and 2004 to 2010, respectively. Wendy’s finance expertise includes roles as Finance Manager at Manchester Enterprises and Wigan Borough Partnership, as well as Assistant Accountant positions at MSF Ford and F Timms and Company. Wendy’s educational journey includes attendance at Park High School from 1983 to 1988.
