Shahanaz Begum is a Strategic Change Programme Manager at Greater Manchester Police. Prior to this role, Shahanaz worked at Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman as an Interim Assistant Director and at Capita Transformation as a Principal Consultant. With a background in project management and business analysis, Shahanaz has experience in various transformation programmes in different sectors such as healthcare, local government, and retail. Shahanaz holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University and has completed an Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
