Paul Marzynski

Mr. Marzynski is the Syndication & Investment Officer for GMHF’s Minnesota Equity Fund (MEF) and NOAH Impact Fund. He is responsible for working with developers, owner-operators, strategic partners, local and state agencies, and other organizations in assessing project viability and working toward closing on approved funded projects. Paul has over 25 years of real estate experience with a focus on financing, development, and asset management of affordable multifamily developments. Previously, he worked for Minnesota Housing as a Senior Multifamily Underwriter, and has also worked for Dougherty Mortgage, Stonebridge Companies, and Dominium Development and Acquisitions. Paul has a Master of Real Estate and Finance degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
