Amy Winterowd

Amy Winterowd is a Director at Greater Portland. Amy has over 17 years of experience in business development and marketing in the architecture industry. Amy was an Associate Principal / Business Development and Marketing at Yost Grube Hall Architecture, where they were responsible for leading the firm's branding efforts, including the development of the new website and collateral materials. Amy also led the firm's public relations efforts, working with an outside PR agency. In 2007, they were named an associate, becoming the youngest person ever in the firm to be elevated to this level. Amy has a strong track record of proposal and qualifications submissions, with a 75% shortlist rate to interview phase and a 25% overall hit rate. Amy was also integral in the firm being awarded one of seven contracts in the nation from the US Department of State as a pre-approved vendor for embassy and consular facility design work. In their current role at Greater Portland, they are in charge of business development and marketing activities.
