Donna Shultz

Donna Shultz is the President and CEO of MSM, Inc., a customer experience agency specializing in tradeshows and events, holding this position since May 1993. In addition to leading MSM, Donna serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Inc. and the United Way of Greater Rochester, both since December 2016 and September 2011 respectively. Donna was also a member of the Board of Directors for the Experiential Designers & Producers Association from November 2011 to December 2019, contributing to a network of leaders in the customer experience industry focused on marketing, design, and production leadership.
