Winona Dixon

Winona Dixon is currently the Manager of Research and Information Systems at Greater Rochester Enterprise since June 2003. Prior to this role, Winona worked as an Administrative Specialist at the US Army Reserves from November 1992 to September 1996. Winona received education from Rochester Institute of Technology.
