Tom Kroenung has over two decades of experience in program development and workforce preparedness within the Greater St. Louis Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. As the Director of Program Development since August 2003, Tom has led initiatives to create and improve programs aimed at youth, families, and volunteers. Previously, Tom held roles including Director of STEM Programs and Director of Workforce Preparedness, focusing on engaging local youth through collaborations with volunteers and business leaders utilizing BSA resources. Tom's early career included serving as the Director of Learning for Life and as Assistant Scout Executive/COO for the Great Rivers Council. Tom holds a BA in Human Service Agency Management from Missouri Valley College and graduated from Brentwood High School.
