Bill Brice

Bill Brice currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for the Public Safety Platform at Greater Sum Ventures since February 2024. Prior to this role, Bill Brice held the position of Chief Operating Officer at CATALIS from November 2020 to January 2024, where the focus was on providing government entities with transformational SaaS and integrated payment solutions. Bill Brice has extensive experience in operations, having served as Vice President of Operations at LexisNexis Risk Solutions from July 2013 to November 2020, and in various senior roles at Contact At Once!, Cox Automotive Inc., Dell, and Blackbaud. Bill Brice began a career in leadership as a US Army Officer from 1992 to 1999, managing logistics and communications across multiple divisions. Bill Brice earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management with a focus in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and pursued further education at Emory University.
