Raisul Islam

Raisul Islam has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Raisul started their career in 2014 as a Website Administrator at Raief Global Fashion. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Manager at Alamo Fun Company, where they displayed excellent time management skills and maintained positive relationships with colleagues and clients. During their time at Northwest Vista College as a Work-Study employee from 2017 to 2019, Raisul handled client correspondence, maintained office security, and managed records efficiently. In 2019, Raisul joined Walmart as an Associate, where they monitored self-checkout systems, operated cash registers, and mentored new team members. Simultaneously, they worked as a Freelance Computer Technician, providing installation, repair, and maintenance services for personal computers and desktops. From 2020 to 2022, Raisul worked at The University of Texas at San Antonio as a Student Assistant, where they responded to emails, assisted visitors and students, and managed tutor assignments. Currently, Raisul is employed as an IT Support Analyst at Greater Texas Credit Union, starting in 2023.

Raisul Islam began their education journey in 2017 at Northwest Vista College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Cybersecurity until 2019. Raisul later joined The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2020 to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2022.

Throughout their education, Raisul Islam also acquired various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In January 2016, they obtained the Linux Command Line certification from Immersive Labs. In January 2022, they completed The Ultimate Dark Net, Privacy, Anonymity And Security Course certification from Udemy. In June 2022, they obtained the TOTAL: CompTIA Security+ Certification (SY0-601), also from Udemy. Furthermore, Raisul Islam obtained additional certifications in November 2022, including Foundations Of Business And Entrepreneurship and ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate, both from SkillFront.

It should be noted that in June 2023, Raisul Islam obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA, indicating their commitment to keeping their knowledge and skills up to date.
