Jaymi Yantis is the Chief Innovation & Commercialization Officer at GREATER THAN since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at TZA, Estimator at Aker Kvaerner, and Innovation Commercialization Manager at Congo Brands. At Brown-Forman from March 2017 to June 2021, Yantis served as Supply Chain Business Process Lead, New Product Manager for Jack Daniel’s RTDs and Flavors, and Project Manager for Portfolio Innovation. Yantis also worked at UPS for nearly a decade, holding the position of Industrial Engineering Supervisor, where responsibilities included oversight of the Aircraft Maintenance Industrial Engineering team and supporting international operations. Yantis holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between 2000 and 2004.
