Bridget Hanagan

Bridget Hanagan currently serves as the Senior Manager of Development Operations at the Greater Washington Community Foundation, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Bridget worked at Population Services International from October 2018 to January 2024, where as Manager of Philanthropic Partnerships, Bridget successfully managed fundraising operations, achieving an annual goal of $10 million. In an earlier role as Senior Associate in Philanthropic Partnerships, Bridget engaged private philanthropists within the Maverick Collective, a network focused on women's health and rights. Prior experience includes positions at the Greater Washington Community Foundation, Jobfox, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and various internships, demonstrating a strong background in donor services, campaign support, and community engagement. Bridget earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics, cum laude, from Simmons University and completed a study abroad program in Cultural Integration and the New Europe in Toulouse, France.
