David Roodberg

CEO and President of Horning Brothers, David Roodberg is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including operations, development, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Horning Brothers in 2002, David was the Executive Vice President of Combined Properties. David has a BS degree from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. David is also involved on the boards of Washington Tennis and Education Foundation, Urban Land Institute (DC) Executive Committee, Wesley Housing Development Corporation, and the University of Maryland Masters in Real Estate Advisory Board. David has also been appointed by the Mayor to serve on the Housing Production Trust Fund Board for Washington, DC setting strategies for the City’s investment in affordable housing.
