Jenn Walen

In March 2020, Jenn Walen joined The Community Foundation in the newly created role of Database Manager. Jenn leads efforts to benchmark current information management practices and evolve The Community Foundation’s information systems and processes to higher levels of efficiency and sophistication.

Jenn comes to The Community Foundation with 15 years of experience in development and donor services at other community foundations in Baltimore and Nashville. Most recently, she managed foundation relations for a human services organization in Baltimore.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Religion from Boston University and did graduate work at Vanderbilt University. A native Texan, she lives with her son and husband in Baltimore.
