David Boyd is a seasoned professional in customer experience and design, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Greater Wellington Regional Council since April 2016, where David leads human-centered design initiatives for public transport services. With a focus on transformation and digital delivery, David also held an Acting Senior Manager role overseeing the design and improvement of the public transport network. Prior experience includes leadership positions at New Zealand Post, where David established a customer-led design team, and various design roles at Datam and Communication Arts, among others. David's extensive background spans over three decades in design and strategic leadership, commencing with an education in Geography at Victoria University of Wellington.
