Ivan Levacic

Ivan Levacic is an experienced communications and customer insights professional with a strong background in the water utility sector. Currently serving as the Customer Insights Program Lead at Greater Western Water since July 2021, Levacic previously held the position of Customer Insights Program Manager at City West Water since January 2013, where notable achievements include the launch of a strategically aligned Voice of the Customer Program. Also at City West Water, Levacic held various roles including Brand Activation Manager and Communications Service Delivery Manager, focusing on brand strategy, customer engagement, and corporate communications.
