Steph Baranello

Steph Baranello possesses extensive experience in project management and asset delivery within the water and energy sectors. Currently serving as Program Lead for Asset Delivery Transformation at Greater Western Water since January 2021, Steph has effectively managed partnership delivery for network renewals, focusing on water main renewal and sewer main rehabilitation. Previous roles include Team Leader for the Renewals Program at City West Water, where a $40 million annual budget was overseen, and Senior Project Manager at AusNet Services, responsible for commercial negotiations related to electricity connections for large-scale renewable projects. Additional experience includes positions at Jacobs and Sinclair Knight Merz in engineering roles, as well as a foundational engineering position at Yarra Valley Water. Steph Baranello holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University, along with a Diploma of Education in Project Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
