Heather Cambray has a diverse work experience in human resources. Heather started their career as a Corporate Legal Intern at General Casualty Insurance Company in 1996, where they compiled operating license information and reviewed corporate contracts. Heather then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Landmark, The Staffing Resource, where they answered questions from potential hires and set up evaluation tests for applicants. Following this, they joined Mercy Medical Center Foundation as a Special Events Coordinator, responsible for coordinating and planning charity events. In 1997, they joined Greatland as a Corporate Human Resources Manager, where they developed and implemented human resources programs and policies. Heather later became the Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Greatland, leading the development and management of compensation and benefits programs. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Greatland, where they devise strategies to attract and retain talent.
Heather Cambray attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a BBA degree in Human Resources. Additionally, they completed the Gallup High Performance Management Course, but the start and end years are unknown, as well as the degree and field of study.
