Leif Tietje

Leif Tietje has a diverse range of work experience. Leif started their career at PwC Consulting as a Consultant in 2000 and stayed there until 2002, during which they worked as an Integration Management Consultant (SAP). In 2003, they joined IBM and held various roles such as Business Process Consultant, SAP Finance Integration Team Lead, and Data Quality Project Manager. Leif also served as an Information Management Domain Lead from 2009 to 2013. Leif worked at Triumph International as a Data Quality Manager from 2015 to 2016. Leif then moved to Otto (GmbH & Co KG) and worked as a Senior Data Manager, Teamleiter Datenmanagement, and Senior Project Manager for Cloud Migration from 2016 to 2022. From 2023, Leif worked as a Business Coach at Business Coach Tietje.

Leif Tietje obtained their Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Justus Liebig University Giessen in the year 2000. In 2018-2019, they participated in the Fit2Lead program at OTTO (GmbH & Co. KG), focusing on Führungskräfte-Entwicklungsprogramm. In 2022-2023, Leif pursued a Certified Greator Business Coach certification from Greator GmbH, which they successfully obtained in May 2023.
