Paul Hooper has extensive work experience in the field of compensation, pension, benefits, and governance. Paul started their career at GE in 1991, where they held various roles until 1997. After that, they joined Mercer as a Principal and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Associate Partner at Hugessen Consulting Inc. Following that, they joined the Royal Bank of Canada as VP, Executive Compensation & Governance and worked there from 2010 to 2015. Currently, they serve as the SVP, Global Compensation, Pension, Benefits, and Governance at London Life / Great-West Lifeco Inc.
Paul Hooper earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University between 1987 and 1991. Paul later pursued an MBA at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 1999 to 2002, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
