Sharlene Kanhai

Sharlene Kanhai has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles focused on talent, culture, diversity, and organizational development. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Talent, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion at London life / Great-West Lifeco Inc. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Global Talent and Organizational Development at Great-West Life, where they were responsible for strategic talent management initiatives. Sharlene also worked as an Associate Vice President of Global Talent and Organizational Development at the same company. Before joining Great-West Life, Kanhai worked as a Leadership Development Consultant at Metcalfe Consulting. Sharlene began their career in 2002 as the Director of Learning & Development at Canwest and later held the role of Senior HR Manager for Strategic Initiatives at TD Bank Group.

From 1995 to 2000, Sharlene Kanhai attended York University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Psychology.
