György Szlamka

György Szlamka has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2001, they were involved in the film industry, taking on multiple roles such as director, assistant director, and line producer. In 2004, they worked as a Broadcast Sales Engineer at VM Pro, where they performed system integration for broadcasting equipment in Hungary. Moving on, they joined Screen Scene Post Production in 2005 as a Video Tape Operator, responsible for dubbing tapes and authoring DVDs. In 2007, György worked as a Broadcast Sales Engineer at Leonardo SNS before transitioning to GYAR Post Production as a Visual Effects Compositor, where they designed motion graphics and visual effects for commercials and feature films.

In 2013, György entered the automotive industry, joining Bosch Magyarország as a Technical Project Manager. György managed the transition of software and hardware development for radar sensors and led an international development team. György then moved into the role of Senior Project Manager, overseeing software platform projects and taking ownership of a flagship driving assistance product. From 2018 to 2021, they became a Product Manager, shaping and aligning the product vision and development strategy for the Software Framework for Driving Assistance and Autonomous Driving, leading a team of product managers and developers.

In 2021, György joined Codecool as a Product Manager, setting up a development team from scratch to restructure the in-house learning content platform. György also defined high-level development directions in collaboration with the education team. Currently, in 2022, they are a Senior Product Manager at greehill, where they started with the customer-facing part of the urban forest management product portfolio and launched a sellable demo. György then focused on improving tree data and worked on the AI validation and data annotation pipeline.

Throughout their career, György has demonstrated strong leadership and negotiation skills, managing multi-stakeholder collaborations and leading teams. György has a combination of technical expertise and creative problem-solving abilities.

György Szlamka's education history is as follows:

From 1998 to 2004, György attended Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

In 2000 to 2001, they also studied at Eötvös Loránd University, focusing on Aesthetics, although it is unclear if they completed a degree program in this field.

Between 2007 and 2011, György pursued further education at fxphd, specializing in Flame, Nuke, RED, and Roto techniques.
