Robert Lawrence Wilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, diversity, and organizational performance. As Co-Founder and Education Practice Leader at Culture Shift Team since November 2017, Robert has focused on helping clients navigate demographic changes in the workplace. Concurrently, Robert serves as an Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College Graduate Program in Leadership and Organizational Performance and as Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Tennessee Diversity Consortium, promoting inclusion and belonging among diversity leaders. Additionally, Robert has delivered insights as a Speaker and Facilitator at Greek University. With a background that includes founding Advance Diversity LLC and holding various leadership roles at Nissan North America, including Director of Dealer Customer Satisfaction and Head of Multicultural Outreach, Robert has a strong foundation in improving customer experience and advocating for diversity initiatives. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in General Management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
