Gwen Fiecko

Gwen Fiecko currently serves as an Alt Ed Teacher at Green Bay Area Public School District since June 2021 and has held various positions at Manitowoc Public School District since 2001, including English Department Chair and Teacher. As the English Department Chair, Gwen Fiecko leads efforts to enhance curriculum and instruction in secondary English, fostering collaborative team dynamics through a Professional Learning Community framework. Additionally, Gwen Fiecko is a member of the Lincoln High School building leadership team, focusing on cultivating a culture of learning. With a strong emphasis on relationship building, Gwen Fiecko works to create lasting collaborative teams while teaching English to prepare students for college, careers, and community involvement. Gwen Fiecko holds a Masters of Education in Administrative Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction from Silver Lake College, a Masters Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Marian University of Fond du Lac, and a BA in English with a minor in Computer Science from Silver Lake College.
