Jolene Resch

Jolene Resch, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in payroll administration and general HR support. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Green Bay Packaging Coated Products since June 2020, Jolene has previously held roles including Human Resource Generalist and Payroll Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed payroll processing, union contract interpretation, and attendance tracking. Prior experience includes a position as Payroll Administrator at Kobussen Buses Ltd., managing biweekly payroll and employee data, as well as roles in HR and accounts receivable support. Jolene's career began at Nestle Pizza Division, where contributions as a Quality Technician earned recognition through a 10-year service award. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Herzing University and an Associate's degree in Human Resources from Fox Valley Technical College.
