Dan Prugar

Dan Prugar has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Dan served as the CFO and Chief Financial Officer at Green Circle Growers, Inc. and Express Seed Company, Fresh2U Transportation. Dan was also the CFO at State Industrial Products and held the position of Corporate Controller. Prior to that, they worked as a Plant Controller at SPX Corporation, Division Controller at Scott Fetzer, and Group Controller at Cleveland Motion Controls. Dan's experience spans over 25 years, emphasizing their expertise in driving strategic and operational initiatives, improving financial performance, and fostering sustainable growth.

Dan Prugar earned a Masters of Science (MS) degree in IT Management from The University of Akron, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they pursued a combined program at Cleveland State University from 1986 to 1990, obtaining Masters, BBA, and BA degrees in the fields of Management Information Technology (Mgt IT), Accounting, Finance, and Political Science. In 2017, they also obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Ohio.
