Eric Mitchell

Eric Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Eric most recently served as the Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations at Green Circle Growers, Inc. in Oberlin, Ohio, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at the same company from November 2019 to September 2021.

Eric has also worked at Morgan Advanced Materials as a Site Leader in 2019, Parker Hannifin as a Business Unit Manager from 2016 to 2019, and Parker Aerospace as a Business Team Leader from 2014 to 2016 and an Operations Team Leader from 2013 to 2014.

Before venturing into the private sector, Eric served in the United States Marine Corps as an Enlisted Personnel from 1994 to 2002. Their earlier experiences include working as an Operations Manager at both Invacare Corporation from 2010 to 2013 and Amazon.com from 2008 to 2010, as well as at Product Action International from 2006 to 2008.

Eric Mitchell has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Walden University. Eric also has an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from Lorain County Community College. In addition, Eric holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lake Erie College. Eric is LEAN Certified by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
