Maxwell Sherer has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Maxwell started their career in 2001 at The Hoover Company, where they served as a Sr. Traffic Analyst and later became a Manager in Distribution Services. During their time at Hoover, they implemented a Material Handling Equipment Strategy and managed a $1.7 million print/apply sortation system project.

In 2005, Sherer joined The Timken Company as a Principal Project Manager, leading international cross-functional teams through major initiatives and establishing a new fulfillment center in Shanghai. Maxwell also served as a Commodity Manager for Wire/Rod/Strip Steel at both Timken and Koyo Bearings USA LLC in 2010.

From 2010 to 2015, Sherer worked at Green Circle Growers, Inc. as a Sales Director, overseeing the Just Add Ice® Products and Customer Service. Maxwell then progressed to the role of Director of Sales & Marketing for the Indoor sector and eventually became the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, & Supply Chain. In 2021, they assumed the position of Chief Growth Officer, responsible for managing people, implementing company-wide strategies, and achieving strategic objectives.

Additionally, Sherer serves as an Advisor Board Member at AdvisoryCloud since 2020.

Lastly, in 2018, they attended Harvard Business School for an executive education program in Strategic Marketing Management.
