Randal Norman

Randal Norman is an experienced quality assurance and manufacturing manager with a proven track record in the manufacturing and health device sectors. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Green Circle Growers, Inc., Randal oversees quality processes in one of the largest greenhouses in the Midwest. Previous roles include Value Stream Manager for Pin Dot Custom Seating Systems at Invacare Corporation, Manager of the Machining Group at MetalTek International, and various managerial positions at Invacare from 1987 to 2018, including leading the Corporate Reliability Lab. Randal possesses strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills and holds a diploma in Tool and Die Technology, along with certifications in welding and quality assurance.
