David A. Hart

David is a Vice President with responsibility for supporting Green Courte’s capital markets function, including transaction financing and investor relations. David has been with Green Courte since 2012.

Prior to joining Green Courte, David was a Senior Associate in the real estate group at Duff & Phelps, LLC, where he worked for five years. At Duff, David was responsible for completing valuation analyses on a wide variety of property types across the U.S. and internationally.

David graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a focus in real estate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
