Amanda Childress

Amanda Childress has held a variety of positions since 2008. Amanda began their career as a Student Coordinator of Checkout at the University of Colorado Boulder. In 2009, they moved to ESPN to take on the role of Venue Operations Coordinator - X Games. In 2012, they joined Advanced Circuits as a CAM Engineer. In 2014, they became a Peace Corps Volunteer. In 2016, they worked as a Dental Assistant at Children's Dental Clinic of Ruidoso and as an International Development Mentor at Engineers Without Borders USA. In 2017, they joined Green Dot Bioplastics, Inc. as an Engineering Manager and later became their Engineering & Operations Manager. In 2022, they were elected as Councilwoman for the City of Onaga.

Amanda Childress obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2007 and 2012.
