Prior to that, they worked at The Adecco Group as an HR Business Partner from May 2017 to February 2021, where their responsibilities included managing selection processes, hiring, onboarding, and team management. Before The Adecco Group, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at SII Concatel and Desarrollo de Medios y Sistemas - DMSTI, where they were responsible for HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination of selection processes, and managing interns. Ana has also worked as a Senior HR Consultant at élogos, where they specialized in IT profile selection and project coordination, and as a Junior HR Consultant at PSICOTEC, where they were involved in recruitment and selection activities.
