Chandni Sharma

Chandni Sharma is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Culture at rhode skin since November 2023. Previously, Chandni held multiple roles at Goldman Sachs from June 2017 to May 2023, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategist, Chief of Staff to the Chief Diversity Officer, and Chief of Staff to the Global Head of Diversity Recruiting. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Chandni worked as a Research Assistant at NYU Langone Health, focusing on neural activity pattern separation and utilizing various programming tools. Chandni's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Adult Learning, Organization & Leadership from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University.
