Lisset Urrutia

Lisset Urrutia is a seasoned professional in the field of energy storage and technology, currently serving as Senior Technology Lead at Green Energy Origin (GEO) since April 2025. In this role, Lisset coordinates global collaborations and translates complex electrochemical data into strategic initiatives. Previously, Lisset held multiple leadership positions at Svolt Energy Technology Co., Ltd. from August 2018 to February 2025, including Director of R&D and Cell Engineering Europe and Head of Research & Development Europe, contributing significantly to new product innovation and global technical team leadership. Lisset's experience also includes research management at OXIS Energy Ltd., where project contributions spanned high-profile European projects, and an extensive engineering background that began at Smurfit Kappa. Lisset holds a Master’s degree in Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad del Valle.
