Michele Costanza, Ph.D., PCC, CKM, is an accomplished educational leader and coach with extensive experience in instructional design, leadership development, and knowledge management. Currently serving as the Director of Education and Coaching Practice Lead at Topsarge Business Solutions, Michele oversees the development of innovative leadership curricula while coaching executives and managing coaching operations. Additional roles include Sr. Management Analyst at Green-Gate Technology and previous positions as an Instructional System Designer at Engineering & Computer Simulations and LS Technologies, LLC. Michele's extensive background encompasses coaching, instructional design, and distance learning strategies, supported by a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Educational Technology from The University of Kansas.
